I mostly signed up for ranktracker because I needed the reports, but that ended up being the most frustrating part. Some of the numbers didn’t look right, the exports were kind of messy, and the layout wasn’t very easy to follow. The worst part was the timing, issues always seemed to pop up right when I needed to send something to a client or review results quickly. I ended up spending way too much time double-checking everything myself, which pretty much defeated the purpose for me

I like having options, so the plans felt a bit too rigid for me. I wanted to make a simple change, but it wasn’t as easy or flexible as I expected.

I tried to cancel before my renewal, but the whole process was way more confusing than it needed to be. Somehow I still ended up getting billed, even though I thought I’d handled it in time. Support did eventually get back to me, and they weren’t rude or anything, but the replies were slow and I had to keep following up to get a clear answer. The tool itself might actually be decent, and I can see why some people like it, but the billing and cancellation experience really put me off. I wouldn’t sign up again, even though part of me thinks the product wasn’t the real problem.

Getting it set up was simple, simple overall. I had my project and keywords added within a few minutes, which was nice. The dashboard took me a little bit to get used to, but it wasn’t anything too confusing. As a first-time user, it felt smooth enough and easy enough to get going. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few of the settings could be explained a bit better

I’ve mostly been using RankTracker for the site audit feature. it’s been useful. It caught a bunch of stuff I had missed, broken links, missing tags, a few slow pages. Little things, but they add up.

The reports are easy to follow too. I’m not super technical, so that helps. It kind of lays things out in a way that makes sense. What’s wrong, what matters most, what to fix first. Simple enough.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the crawl can take longer than I expect sometimes. Not a huge issue. Just a bit of waiting around. But overall, it works well and does what I need it to do.

I was expecting the white label reports to be fully unbranded, but they kept showing ranktracker branding in places. I reached out to support and the reply was basically, “that shouldn’t be happening” and “we’ll look into it,” but it didn’t really solve the issue for me. Kind of frustrating when the whole point is to send clean client reports without extra branding.

I had a hard time finding what I needed on the dashboard. It felt kind of cluttered and not very intuitive, and that part was weird because I expected it to be straightforward
